Exiliado Madrecuishe
Exiliado Madrecuishe is a Joven mezcal from Lot MDC-20-01 that presents aromas of caramel, maple, and wet pine needles. The palate offers balanced mouthfeel with notes of cranberry, dried dates, and cherry cough syrup. You will detect damp forest characteristics alongside lime and grapefruit citrus hints. This spirit avoids being overly dry or woody, delivering a slightly stringent finish. The profile echoes the citrus structure found in Espadin varieties while maintaining its distinct Madrecuishe identity through rich fruit and earthy undertones.

About the Brand
Mezcal Exiliado is sustainably produced by Artemio García, using traditional methods he learned from his father, maestro mezcalero Margarito García, a legendary producer. The carefully selected agave hearts are wood fired over volcanic rock, stone ground, fermented in pine barrels, and distilled twice in copper at a small palenque in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca.
