This Jalisco spirit from NOM 1119 uses Tequilana agave and rests in charred oak for eleven months. It then moves to Islay and Highland casks for three additional months. The profile features butterscotch, caramel, dried figs, and distinct peat smoke. Agave sweetness balances oak spice while a subtle finish lingers without intensity for whisky drinkers seeking familiar malty notes in an agave spirit.
