Herradura Legend is a tequila añejo produced in Jalisco’s Los Valles region. This spirit bears NOM 1119 and utilizes the Tequilana agave variety. It matures in new American White Oak barrels that impart toasted marshmallow and charred sweet oak notes. The nose reveals vanilla with a subtle hint of minerality. Palate flavors include butterscotter, caramel, dried fruit, and citrus alongside significant barrel influence. Agave remains present on the finish. Stone brick ovens cook the agave hearts while roller mills extract the juice. Open air fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks without fibers.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

The aftertaste shows an average persistence, dominated by citrus notes and fruity. Notes of pineapple, orange and lime are perceived.
