Mi Potrillo Reposado
Mi Potrillo Reposado is a tequila defined by its strict regulatory framework. Tequila requires Agave tequilana Weber variedad azul and originates from Jalisco or specific municipalities in four other Mexican states. This reposado style rests in oak for at least two months but less than one year. The brief aging adds light color and rounds the spirit while keeping agave sugars prominent. Labels stating one hundred percent agave use only blue agave sugars, whereas mixtos require at least fifty-one percent. Every bottle carries a NOM number identifying the certified distillery, placing this label within that category.
