Oro de Coyame Sotol is a Joven sotol distilled from Dasylirion Wheeleri. This clear spirit presents at 48% abv with a profile defined by grassy, hay-like notes and mineral desert elements. The nose offers dry hay, butter, and vanilla alongside hints of smoke and artichoke. Palate flavors include wet earth, sweet grain, chicory, and roasted nuts with a subtle herbal character. The finish carries dried hay, cinnamon, and wet soil notes. This bottling delivers a bold yet balanced expression of the region’s unique flora without excessive sweetness or lingering burn.
