Riablo Sotol Blanco is a Joven sotol from northern Mexico. Dasylirion Wheeleri grows in Aldama, Chihuahua, where Riablo Sotol produces this spirit. The distillery uses copper stills to create a 40% ABV expression. Traditional methods roast the heart in earthen pits before fermentation and distillation. Joven denotes a young expression bottled without wood contact after distillation. The clear profile reflects the distinctive desert flora of the region. This spirit captures the unique terroir of its origin with precision and clarity in every bottle.
