Yuku Savi Espadilla, Felix Macedas is a Joven mezcal from San Luis Atolotitlan, Puebla. This spirit uses Rhodacantha agave milled by tahona and distilled in clay pots. Batch 001, bottle 156, reaches 48% ABV with aromas of fresh rawhide and wet leaves. The palate delivers dark fruits, olive oil, and barnyard funk alongside salted caramel. Bright acidity balances the sweetness for an earthy edge distinct from other expressions. The full body retains rich oiliness while maintaining a sharp, clean finish that lingers pleasantly on the tongue.
