Yuku Savi Jabali Cacheton, Felix Macedas is a Joven mezcal from Puebla. This spirit uses Oteroi agave milled in a tahona and distilled in copper. The aroma reveals wet grass, bean sprouts, and smoked wood with lactic creaminess. Savory saline notes on the palate mix with fermented vegetables and wet earth. A tannic drying quality emerges alongside green peppercorn and overripe fruits. The finish leaves a distinct buzz on the tongue with a weighted mouthfeel that lingers pleasantly and deeply.
