Buen Camino Cirial

Oaxaca

Buen Camino Cirial is a Joven mezcal from Oaxaca. Pablo Santiago Méndez crafts this spirit in San Dionisio Ocotepec using Karwinskii agave. The mature plants grow for fifteen to eighteen years before harvest. Milling occurs in a tahona stone while distillation uses copper stills. This unaged expression retains forty-five percent alcohol by volume without wood contact. The raw character reflects traditional methods specific to this small batch production. Each bottle showcases the distinct terroir of the Oaxacan highlands through careful selection. The producer ensures quality by limiting output to maintain consistency across every release.
