Buen Camino Tobala
Buen Camino Tobala is a Joven mezcal from Oaxaca. Pablo Santiago Méndez crafts this spirit in San Dionisio Ocotepec using Potatorum agave. He mills the 17 to 20 year old hearts in a tahona before distilling them in copper. This unaged expression holds 48% alcohol by volume and shows no wood contact. The clear liquid reflects the specific terroir of its home state through traditional methods. Each bottle captures the distinct character of the wild agave grown in those specific hills. The producer ensures quality by respecting the natural growth cycle of each plant used here.
