Victor Ramos blends Americana, Angustifolia, Karwinskii and Rhodacantha agaves. The nose presents dried apple, cotton candy and sweet onion notes. Palate flavors shift from sweetness to heavy smoke, grass and umami bitterness. Vegetal characteristics include celery root, green bell pepper and spearmint. The finish offers cooked cactus, almond nougat and white pepper. Alcohol heat lingers while retaining a full bodied yet refined structure.
