Gusto Historico Puntas de Bicuixe, Espadin, y Madrecuixe con Lima, Juárez is a Destilado de Agave Ensamble from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. 4 percent abv spirit using Angustifolia and Karwinskii agave. Milling occurs in a tahona stone, while distillation happens in copper stills. The nose offers sweet smoky vapors, lemon-lime soda, and salted fruit. Palate notes include explosive citrus, powdered sugar, and golden beets. High alcohol heat remains present yet does not overpower the bright green flavors. Karwinski vegetable notes linger in the background as a drying quality. The finish is long and intensely smoky, balancing sweet orange with sharp lime acidity.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

The aftertaste shows an average persistence, dominated by citrus notes and fruity. Notes of pineapple, orange and lime are perceived.
