Victor Ramos blends Angustifolia, Karwinskii, and Marmorata agaves to create this profile. The aroma presents fresh corn, earthy tones, and sweet cherries on the nose. On the palate, sweetness leads with notes of candy corn, chocolate, and maraschino cherry juice. Green pepper heat and subtle minerality emerge alongside lingering red starburst candy flavors that persist through the finish. The mouthfeel remains smooth throughout, highlighting Ramos skillful approach to this multi-agave expression with notable depth and character.
