Gusto Historico Tepextate de Flor, Sanchez is a joven Destilado de Agave from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Natalia Sanchez produces this spirit using Marmorata agave milled in a tahona and distilled with a refrescador. The nose presents heat alongside green notes, sweet mint, cut Serrano, and delicate chamomile underlined by dry limestone. The palate features dry stones, Japanese sweet potato, salted cantaloupe, and white tea. Raw Serrano leads into classic tep pepper tones while stone persists through the finish. Prickly tep lingers with dried herbs, white flowers, and a pleasant dusty quality at 48.4% ABV.
