Gusto Historico Jabali, Vazquez is a Destilado de Agave Joven from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Juan Vázquez mills Convallis agave in a tahona before distilling the spirit in copper. The aroma offers bright, dusty jabalí fruit notes with subtle ethanol hints. Palate sweetness turns astringent and hot on the mid-palate, revealing dive bar seat leather. Dried apricots, cigar box wood, and white pepper follow with burnt sugar sweetness. Citric saltiness balances warm cedar depth for a distinct agave profile that showcases the region's unique character.
