Virgilio Velasco Perez crafts this spirit using Angustifolia, Marmorata, and Potatorum agaves. The process involves tahona milling and copper distillation to achieve high proof strength. Pungent citrus oil and lemongrass dominate the nose alongside medicinal notes. White chocolate, carob, and mineral sweetness appear on the palate. A long finish follows with smoke and spice in a silky mouthfeel. This lot offers complex layers that balance potent alcohol with distinct agave character.
