Gusto Historico Tepextate de Flor, Victor Ramos is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Victor Ramos uses Marmorata agave milled in a tahona and distilled in a refrescador. Clean aromas of white sugar, lemon zest, and onion lead to an angular palate with peppery notes. Rich dark fruity undertones like plums and dark mango emerge alongside the spice. The profile is deep and robust, offering wild notes that define this specific batch. This spirit balances sweet elements with sharp botanical characteristics in a cohesive finish.
