Gusto Historico Tepextate/ Tobala/ Cuixe/ Madrecuixe, Vázquez is a Destilado de Agave Ensamble by Juan Vázquez. This spirit blends multiple agave species, including Tepeztate and Karwinskii, distilled twice in copper. Aromas of green pepper, basil, mint, and rose water define the nose. The palate offers vegetal notes with bell pepper, cedar, and cream. A bright finish lingers with floral and mineral characteristics. The balance remains harmonious despite the high ABV near 47 percent. This ensamble showcases depth and complexity through its distinct regional profile.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
