Gusto Historico Tequilero, Victor Ramos is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Victor Ramos produces this 51.1% ABV spirit using Tequilana agave milled in a tahona and distilled in a refrescador. The profile features sweet citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon with bright acidity. Palate textures reveal minerality, stone elements, light smoke, bell pepper, and spearmint. Creamy vanilla icing flavors lead to a finish of wet stone and ground pepper. This expression highlights the distinct character of Tequilena agave, offering a consistent spirit defined by its bright fruit and earthy undertones.
