Gusto Historico Tobala, Juárez is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Ignacio Juarez produces this spirit using Potatorum agave milled in a tahona and distilled in copper. The aromas reveal ginger root, spicy jalapeño, vanilla extract, and rose petals. Sweet strawberry cream and raisins appear on the palate alongside light dry herbs. The finish remains soft with citrus hints of fresh orange and no alcohol bite, creating a delicate profile that balances spicy florals with creamy fruit notes for a unique sensory expression rooted in the specific terroir of Oaxaca.
