Gusto Historico Tobala, Victor Ramos is a Joven Destilado de Agave from Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Victor Ramos produces this spirit using Potatorum agave milled in a tahona and distilled in a refrescador. The clear liquid holds 48.4 percent alcohol by volume under lot VR.08.21.TB. Floral notes of roses and eucalyptus lead into bubble gum, melon, and banana aromas. The palate offers overripe watermelon and dried mangoes with hints of pine and wintergreen. A finish follows with fruit leather, minerality, gravel, citrus, jalapeno, and fresh mint. This expression balances rich fruity elements with vegetal undertones for a distinct character.
