This specific batch from August 2021 presents distinct aromas of sweet salted caramel, lactic cream, and fresh aloe. The palate delivers smooth minerality alongside subtle notes of celery, mustard greens, and serrano peppers. Citrus and true strawberry flavors emerge with a lingering spicy finish that defines the character. The texture remains viscous yet approachable, opening further as the spirit rests in the glass to reveal its complex profile.
