Leyendas Maguey Jabali
Leyendas Maguey Jabali is a Joven mezcal defined by assertive sweet and smoky vapors. The nose presents hints of aged cojita queso alongside starchy vegetables like carrots and potatoes. On the palate, floral sweetness meets nutty and salty notes with distinct limestone tones. Menthol, sage, and peppermint emerge alongside jasmine and anise. Dry roasted peanuts, mango, and pear add complexity while incense lingers. The finish is long and smoky with a seawater aftertaste, creating a profile that balances earthy depth with bright floral aromas.
