Producer Juan Manuel Conde blends Asperrima and Salmiana agaves in this clay pot distillation. The aroma offers intense notes of serrano peppers, anise, peppermint, sea salt, and green olives. The palate is soft with creamy textures of ripe agave, grilled pineapple, mango, and brown sugar. Subtle hints of strawberry and chili peppers emerge on the finish. This unique blend combines distinct distillation methods to create a complex, smooth spirit with earthy and briny undertones.

Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.

Mezcal Burrito Fiestero hails from the mountainous State of Durango. The company has an agave reforestation campaign called “ONE FOR ONE” where they plant one maguey Cenizo per bottle that is produced, essentially planting 10 times more than what they use. They also play an important role in the sustainable development of San Nicolas, Durango by becoming the biggest jobs provider of the region.
