Puntiagudo Tobala, Onofre Ortiz is a Joven Destilado de Agave distilled in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. Onofre Ortiz uses copper stills to process the Potatorum agave at 52.3% ABV for this batch produced in June 2022. The nose delivers fruity apple and melon notes alongside herbal mint and slate hints. Palate sensations include sweet roasted agave, green apples, and subtle mineral undertones that evolve with air. The finish presents pepper, dried corn husk, and a clean character lingering with herbal complexity throughout the drinking process.

Olfactory Phase
Aromatic profile with a combination of citrus, fruity, herbal and sweet notes. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine and grapefruit stand out, accompanied by apple yellow, mint and cinnamon, along with a sweet caramel note. The intensity aromatic is average, as is the alcoholic sensation.
